Think about it; what's your alternative? Is anything else out there working for you? What I'm talking about isn't revolutionary to you. If you wanted to know more and make a difference in your Life you'd have likely done it by now, no? Thicken your skin and continue.

For me, I'm not going to sell something to someone who doesn't need it or wouldn't benefit from it, so if I do what's necessary to make the sale by exercising the aforementioned, we all benefit.
Endurance: When a person is able to accomplish or withstand a higher amount of effort than their original capabilities their endurance is increasing which to many personnel indicates progress. In looking to improve ones endurance they may slowly increase the amount ofrepetitions or time spent, if higher repetitions are taken rapidly muscle strength improves while less endurance is gained. Increasing endurance has been proven to release endorphins resulting in a positive mind.
